Begin your journey to self-healing and respite. This class is open to anyone who feels the practice of yoga is out of reach because of injury or illness. Martina teaches that the practice of Yoga brings the physical, mental and emotional self into harmony when used during all aspects of life. Assistance will be provided to create an understanding of how to apply the techniques of (pranayama) breathing to the slow and specific postures (asana) that will be experienced during class. Medical card holders welcomed, to enhance this powerful flow.
