An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until September 30, 2020
Yin, meaning low energy and high bliss yoga helping our bodies need to readjust from our heavy paced high energy lives, the yang. Yin uses long passive and meditative poses to help open hips, shoulders, lower back along with other spots that may hold stress and tension. The class consists of 4 to 5 passive poses and counter poses that may be held as long as five minutes. The class ends with a blissful restorative savasana. Each class is tailored to the needs of our students. Alternative poses are always offered to help relieve your personal needs. All levels welcomed.
